New Years Day! We are hoping for more snow tonight but have had to stop grooming on all trails due to a diminishing snowpack. We did not groom yesterday and will not be today in an effort to preserve what snow is left. The best skiing is on the High School Loop 30 where the vast majority of the trail is skiable with minimal melt out. The Aspen Golf Course Loop 10 has large areas of melt out and is nearly unskiable. All other trails are closed for skiing due to no snow. We are hoping for this storm to bring back some trails and will be updating the Nordic Pulse App if anything changes. The Nordic Center at the Aspen Golf Course has suspended ski rentals until we receive more snow but they are open from 9-5 each day and we encourage you to stop by and check out the latest gear.
