Thursday February 12: Two inches of new snow fell last night and stuck on existing snow only unfortunately leaving us with little to no snow to work with this morning. We will be rolling it in on the High School Loop 30 but do not have enough for rolling any other trails. This still leaves most trails closed due to excessive melt out from the recent heat wave with the only skiing available on Loop 30. The Nordic Bonfire event is still happening this Saturday Night, more info available at teamavsc.org. Use caution as trails continue to melt and expect thin and variable conditions with exposed bare spots on all open trails. Check Nordic Pulse for grooming updates and trail closures. The Nordic Center at the Aspen Golf Course is open daily from 9-5. Have a great day skiing!
