Wednesday December 31: We are hoping for more snow Thursday. Yesterday we removed downed trees from the weekend storm. There was significant wind that accompanied the snow on Sunday creating numerous bare spots. Ski with caution as conditions are thin and variable with areas of little to no snow as we are working to create a new base on top of bare ground. Best skiing is on High School Loop 30. Check Nordic Pulse for grooming updates. The Nordic Center at the Aspen Golf Course has suspended ski rentals until we receive more snow but they are open from 9-5 each day and we encourage you to stop by and check out the latest gear.
