1.Save your results in a simple word editing program. MS Word is preferable.

2. USE TABS.
Use tabs to separate the information in each line. One tab space only. You know the drill: name, age, time, etc. (Don't lie about your own personal time).

3. Send the file as an attachment in your email program to mlp@rof.net.

4. Get excited if you don't get an email from the webmaster saying your file didn't work.

5. Wait a few days. The web master will most likely send a quick reply if the file looks good.

6. Log on to AspenNordic.com and view all the skiers that suffered in your race.
